Terms of Service

Placeholder — not final. This interim text exists so the app's Terms screen and the acceptance flow work end to end during development. It has not been reviewed by legal counsel and must be replaced with the final Terms of Service before any public launch.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Petsmate, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your phone number and sign-in credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant Petsmate a licence to host and display it within the app so the service can function. You are responsible for having the rights to what you post.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Petsmate to harass others, misrepresent pet records or lineage, post unlawful content, or harm animals. We may remove content and restrict or remove accounts that break these rules.

5. Services and bookings

Bookings made through the marketplace are between you and the service provider. Petsmate facilitates the booking and payment but is not a party to the service itself.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the app and may require you to accept the new version to continue.
